I wonder why your weight history says gainiung 4 lb when you have actually lost 4 lb. Weird, eh?

Thanks for the link, that was a lot of fun and verified that I was doing okay. They recommend 1450 calories a day for my age/height/current weight, for a reasonable weight loss in a reasonable time frame. I had guestimated about 1,300 calories so I don't think I am too far out. and of course I want to add in IF and 2 meal a day. Should be interesting, but again thanks for the link, very interesting to play around with the numbers

Hi. Thanks for the kind comments. I agree that FatSecret has to adjust their math for that weight loss per week. It fluctuates wildly. I have put in two separate support tickets on it because it is frankly embarrassingly wrong at times. I think they need to go back four weeks in the weight history, divide by four, and then provide that number as the weekly gained/lost trend. They should only use the current short-term calculation in the absence of that REAL data... Anyway, glad the weight calculator worked out for you. I have found it very accurate for my use...
