Congrats Bill you are doing great, and thanks for accepting my buddy request and for the info. I 'fast' from dinner in the evening until dinner next day. Been doing that for about 2 weeks now. Sometimes if I get hungry I eat some almonds or tuna during the day. Then dinner is whatever I want. I can usually only get away with eating about 1,300 calories a day no matter what 'diet' I follow, which really sucks but that's the reality. I don't exercise. I am sure if I did I could eat more. I am doing this to try to give the weight loss a boost and then will go back to 2 meals a day, lunch and dinner, again about 1,300-1,500 calories a day. I lost most of my initial weight following Atkins and now I am a low carber for life though at the moment with this new thing I'm doing I am eating more carbs. I try to limit the crappy ones and eat more fruit carbs though I limit them a lot too. Sigh. This ain't easy, is it. Look forward to following your progress. You have lost a whole person (my older sister only weighs 80 lb.). I have lost almost 50. It was 70 lb but gained some back. So see you around :) Is there info on your 'diet' on the web? I should just go google it, which I will later today at work when it gets quiet. I am a former Brit too - Scottish actually :) now living in Canada - Toronto.
