So sore! 😁 I don't like the gain, but I like the feeling!

Thanks, girls! I haven't been using my weights or bands faithfully the last months. I just been walking, running, and lots of yard work... Just waiting for a gym. Well, it is probably going to be a good while longer before that happens. Soooo... Did my first "real" workout at home in ages. I know I need it. Calories have been fine so I do know it is fluid. And... It actually does feel good to be back at it.
