Well, that's an unpleasant weight gain! SURELY, I should be getting to the "that's IT" point here soon!!! Ran across a picture the other day from when I was 302 pounds. I do NOT want to go back there. Just can't seem to get my head in the game!

I've spent months trying to get with it and gaining the whole time. Why it's so hard I don't know. It's always said that weight loss starts in the kitchen, but for me it starts in my head, and awfully hard to get there sometimes and even harder to stay there...I do know WE CAN DO THIS!

Weight loss is a mindset; once you get into that groove you wonder why it took so long, but sometimes it just feels unattainable. One small step at a time, you CAN do it. 💛

Breathe- you got this! You took the hardest step and that is starting. Take one day at a time. Remember to be patient and gentle with yourself. Stay hydrated water is key to weight loss. Remember won’t happen over night it takes time & patience. My weight loss journey started November 2015 and I was 357 pounds. I’ve lost 164 pounds so far, tweaking what works for me along the way. You can do this!! Keep moving forward and stay focused. Good luck on your healthy lifestyle journey. 🍀🍀🍀🍀👍😊 🍀🍀 stay safe and healthy.

Be kind to yourself , it's just a temporary set back, just reset and start again, eventually If we just keep trying we will get there, your not alone in this. ❤

I agree with Shirfleur - it's all in my mind and once I'm really committed I know I can do it. Just getting that commitment is hard. I've started so many diets on Monday mornings that end by Monday evening.

I agree with Dama - just take care of today. One meal at a time. One work out at a time. One healthy choice at a time. You got this!

I have to go along with rckc2000, shirfleur 1, and Fritzy. I fell off the wagon in September and gained 30% of my body weight of what I weighed in August, over the next months. I wouldn't even report it. I started over many times, but couldn't stick with it. I'll never understand myself, that when I'm on a roll, I think "why couldn't I do this before, and don't understand others. But I also can't believe myself, that it is the easest thing in the world to fall off again, like I am riding a log in a river that is spinning around. I can just see a picture of those lumberjacks that have contests at county fairs of staying on top of a turning log in water. We are so vulnerable. I must admit that artificial sweeteners are death to plans since they kill 50% of your good gut bacteria. You can't digest well and one becomes depressed. I am at the moment 90% on the straight and narrow, with no sugar, bread, pasta, corn, potatoes, or other high carbs. But I can never get cocky about it. By the way, my husband just got out of the hospital with sepsis.

Snows so glad your husband is doing well. Sepsis is very dangerous these days. Good luck on your journey.

Ooo girl, I know that's frustrating. Sorry about that! You are strong, cause you still here. Which means you are killing it! That down may have won that battle, but your determination is gonna win you the war! 👏👏👏👏👏 You got this! You know what you're doing, and we're all here to help in any moment you feel overwhelmed.

You are great, hang in there!! Snowwhite, take probiotics every day. It helps counteract the artificial sweetners. I use Stevia instead of the blue or pink bags. It's supposed to be the closest to natural.

Debbie, you inspire so many of us. We all fall down, pick ourselves up and start again, mainly because you keep inviting us to join the next accountability challenge and we do. You give us hope and we are ALL pulling for you. Be kind to yourself as you are to all of us. We love you.
