WEEK Update
Ate a lot. Average was 2230 calories a day. But held my 110 daily average weight. So it all eneded well

I was thinking about what to do with the cravings... So this week I decided I will just eat whatever I crave and see if that is better than trying to avoid the "problem" food and end up eating everything else I see instead. Such a headcase.

Did all my exercises today for the booty challenge!!! And lifted some weights to maintain lean body mass. And got a a shortish bike ride in before rain arrived.
49.9 kg Lost so far: 34.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Oh I love those Wasa breads. Grlew up with them and always have some in the cupboard. I like them with brown cheese made from the whey

I think I am a feast and famine kind of a gal, SK. Will see what happens Nekone. One day of not eating pb led to me eating half a kilo of cheese or something like that.

Liv- you got my attention at brown cheese made from the whey. Do you use whey strained from yogurt or something else ? thanks !

That’s amazing that you were able to maintain even though you allowed yourself to eat what you wanted! You must work out a lot! Stay the course, Liv!! 💖🙌🏻

Ms. Mermaid. I am active. I love moving around but not with super workout. I do running and walking and biking a lot. And some weights for lean body mass maintaining work.

Cracycatchick... I normally buy this cheese. It is maid in Norway and sold internationally as Ski Queen (or brown goat cheese but it often made from cow milk). If you were going to make it you would start with milk and get the whey and curds to separate (this will happen if you add some kefir). Remove curds and continue to cook the whey till it gets brown. Lots of time but it will crystallize at the end. Amazing stuff.

Obviously I am a big umami lover which is why that cheese is so great. But lots of cheese has good umami taste like Italian cheese or Irish cheese or.....

What's wasa? I think sometimes it's better to just eat something you are craving if you can control the portion. I've found that when I resist I just keep thinking about whatever it is and will eventually cave in anyway.

Mmmmmm that sounds delicious liv. Fritzy, it’s crackers and they are packed with protein and delicious!! I have had them with cashew butter and I have done sardines 😋 my most favorite is with lunch meat, light laughing cow cheese and some pickles🤗😋 or with horseradish mayo! I never had them in my life until damablack posted them and now I might go make a sandwich one lol.

Super, liv! You are so dedicated to figuring out the best path for you! I really love seeing your weekly updates to see what you decided was your priority focus(s). I'm really thankful for the example you set! 😁

Fritzy that is just how it went... the forbidden food took over my brain... so new approach being tried. I also like the wasa with some jarlsberg cheese and red pepper. Melissa thank you. We will see how it goes

Cravings between meals? Add some healthy oils to your meals? 100 calories per tbsp.

I'm curious to know what you crave that you can't have! Well done on the exercise, eating and keeping maintenance! I do believe it is due to the fact that you move and push yourself to some degree that you are able to eat!! Well done!!

Well Ireland it was peanut butter Ireland. . I decided that I would not open a new jar and just eat other stuff but my all being said you NEED peanut butter. LOL. So now I decided that peanut butter is part of my diet. It may take away from eating more walnuts and almonds but so it will be ... this week.
