I may be a little dehydrated from a hard run last night.
65.3 kg Lost so far: 21.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks br_e_co, liv and Groatmeal! Yep, I'll take it but a bit sceptically! ❤️ Liv, I had my best time ever! I didn't get as far as I wanted because I got a cramp (I never get a cramp! ) 😑 but my average was 9 min 39 sec per mile and one was 9 min 10. I haven't been running that much... Just a couple times a week, so maybe I pushed too hard for these old bones this time! 😁

silkian, thanks. I'm just trying to keep up with you! Last year at this time I was walking 40 miles a week but not ready to run yet. I am not running or walking nearly enough right now. Weather is grim so much of the time still, and my motivation is just rotten. Blah... I'll keep at it. 😁

Thank you, John! I'm trying! Princess, here is a hint... Work out late enough that you sweat a bucket full but it is too close to bedtime to want to drink one! 😁 It is so not fun waking up for no good reason except to visit the washroom! 😁
