It came from the 4 lb bump up that I had the day before, Ches. I had steak, cake and tequila to celebrate making it to the maintenance zone of my diet. Now I'm working to get back down to my low so I can do it again. 😁

I think if I hung out with you, I would need a new liver and new shoes every 6 months. I am looking forward to maintenance zone this fall.

Hahaha! I had my liver function checked recently, Ches, and the results were excellent. I don't drink that heavily. I am in the market for new shoes, however. The odometer on my shoes says "you've gone too far".
