😱😱😱 What the Pho....... just a sodium 🧂 gain from the 🍲 and it is worth it pho sure!! It will be off again in a few days because I still have 2 bowls left to bang.... waste not want not lol. On my last cup of ☕️ for the day. Got some cleaning done ✅ going to get some #BootyBuilders #workoutfriends #Bootyfulladies # Bootyfulhearts in then make lunch for the kiddos, my lil nephew spent the night 🥰 shower and we will be swimming 🏊‍♀️ today because it’s hot and muggy and no thunderstorms 🙌🙌 Doing IF till dinner. 🧂 is deadly. I hate it. Being very watchful over my intake lately. Hating the gains for no good reason so I’m on my toes, and getting better at it. Enjoy your pool. I love swimming but hardly ever go. You’re so blessed to have a pool!!! Splash around for me!! 🏊🏻‍♀️❤️🤗😘☕️

Jenny that will drop overnight!!! Anytime i drink V8 and Tomato Juice over limit, the weight jumps, and then the day after i lose it again. Super Salty foods do the same.
