No clue why, unless it is the super sore muscles. 🤔

Thanks guys! ♥️ It is kind of funny. I was 100% thinking I'd have another down arrow this morning. I just felt thinner! Considering activity, I've been in a good deficit. 😁 I'm not dismayed!

You’ve been so successful and you know it’s probably just a normal fluctuation. I think the important part is you feel thinner - so more than likely water or salt yeah?

Yes, darn! You know it, Lonnie! All the sympathy is appreciated! 😁 😁 😁 Thank you, br_e_co and Roxy! This is life with maintenance or even working on dropping. It is an up and down journey for sure. Roxy, absolutely after a heavy work out day you can for sure hang on to fluid. I wasn't expecting it today, but when trying to figure out the whys, that is all I can think of. Even though I didn't do anything too unusual, I kicked it up a knotch and am quite sore. 😁 ❤️

Haha, SilliMax, no trouble! I do that constantly! 😁 I am thinking of weighing daily but then averaging them and recording weekly. Might try it as long as I'm staying maintenance blue.
