Okay, let’s focus.....3 & half day weekend . How many Calories can I eat? How many Bike Rides should I attempt? Should I attend the Gym? Too confusing due to the weekend & stay safe environment!! 🥵😷


No biggie...but I did answer one question, I did attend the Gym for the first time & only 5 of us were there!!😂🤣. I spent at least 2 minutes wiping down the equipment...does that count on Calories?
