Good Spoonful of PB yesterday & actually stayed on...haha😂

Ready for the Grind & actually heading to the Gym. It opened on Monday, but no Group WO. We are requested to wipe everything down & maintain your space. Most likely using the Assault Bike & Row machines vs. free weights.
