More “Rollercoaster” ups & Downs in weight over the last few months, but at least in the 4 to 5 lbs area.

Most likely too much coffee, 5 to 6 drinks per day.

Nice HIIT Program today, :40 on, :20 recovery: 4 Rounds
• Jump Squats 3x, Up/Downs 3x, about 4x
• 50x JR, Burpees Max (4 to 5)
• Knee UPS 50x, Sit-ups, 15x
• Plank Jacks 20x, Russian Twists, 15x

Finish: Sprints - 60m, 80m, 100m -3 Rounds each

Coffee Time!!
