Late supper, super hungry, ate too much, and the scale moved... The wrong way!😁
68.3 kg Lost so far: 18.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Curious if you want to put a reason or if you feel like you owe others an explanation. That was the part that started really getting to me- like I had to say whether the gain was from something normal- ate late- had a hard lift session... or if I went over on calories. BTW- I'm still weighing every day. hahaha, It was short lived. Just not posting it until 6/1. Just wanted to know if you want to post why or feel like you have to.

Melissa you know darn well that I’ve had a hard time honey just get right back on track that’s what I had to do and it took me two weeks and 5 pounds later but I refused to go back again. Just keep pushing forward and we’re all in this together

Thank you dhatura and damablack! ❤️Princess, I think a justification or description of "why" doesn't feel needed, but for me right now it is helping me record of the "why's." I can totally imagine it would and will get so old after a while. Girl, you should try at least a week off the scale! If I can do this, you can do that! 😁

I seem stuck (since this gain went down again today) right exactly 4 pounds above "goal." That isn't the maintaining I was wanting to do! 😁 But, it isn't 45 pounds above like it was! We trudging along and work to make daily decisions to do better than the next day! 😁 When I made my "goal" eight months ago, I was happy but I knew that if I could keep it off a year, then I would feel congratulations could be accepted! I'm going to do it! Well, return to it! 😁
