Weigh in was suitable. Might try a double WO today & burn a few extra Cals!!


Great Friday WO Challenge was sent to us last night & a local tribe member invited me to the soccer fields!! We connected @ 7:30, but kept our distance....6 feet 😷


WOD:
• 200m Run
• 5 Burpees
• 250 sit-ups
• Every 2:30 start back with the Run/Burpees, Sit-ups
• keep adding the Sit-up amounts
• when you hit 250, stop the clock
• takes a good 20+ minutes to finish


Try it & see what happens!!!!
76.6 kg Lost so far: 11.0 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
