APRIL SUMMARY

I brought out the measuring tape today and yes since February I actually lost inches. I think it is mostly back fat... weird how that fat just lingered but it has come off and I think my belly may be a tad smaller.

Fat secret tells me I have eaten over 2000 calories every day on average this month which was more than last month but I did not gain. There were some hard days with over eating in there.


I have low carbed - No high carb day this month.

I exercises some almost all days except one. Alot of walking and running I think.

And I did my exercies with Ashley, Silkian and Jenn.

May here I come!!!!! (May is my birthday month LOL)
49.8 kg Lost so far: 34.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
