I’ve been eating perfect all day and tend to like snacking before bed 🤷🏼‍♀️ I usually eat a small bowl of Fibre1 cereal (my favourite cereal) with lactose free skim milk or a Pure Protein Chocolate protein bar and Smart Sweets. My weight usually remains the same but I know if I stopped snacking before bed I would lose the 5lbs a lot quicker 🙃
55.9 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
