went on an hour bike ride yesturday an hour after a heavy meal. i had some cibatta bread dipped with curry, rice with chicken stew salad and chips. Eaten all within an the hr. Today i had my regular cup of coffee to surpress my appetite. i have my coffee at noon, my "eating window" is still 4pm-5pm. some days i do feel hungry but id just drink water and it helps alot.
