Thanks Tish♥️ The struggle is real friend. I’m sure I will be back up in a few days. I’m really being sucky with my water intake and chicken sandwiches have been a weakness of mine because cheese and 🥓 are a must 😋🤤😩😩💜💚

Oh I agree, u slap bacon and cheese on something & I’m all in Lol Today is supposed to be 92 degrees here so my water intake will be on point. But I’ve been struggling too friend Good work on ur loss & staying so positive ❤️

🥓 and 🧀 are life😂😂😋 ewwww that’s 🥵. Nice that you’re water will be on point. I will seriously make a better point of drinking more. It’s been to easy to fall off my WOE. I was too happy about last nights healthy dinner🤗😋😂😂 I just need to plan better and stop the BK and Wendy’s 😩🐷🐷😂😂 we got this luv♥️♥️💜💚

thank you JC, no, I don't feel like I'm doing this so amazing. I calculated and I realize it's one pound a week. That's not so great. I go up and down so much holding water that when it's all said and done it's one pound in one week. b a h a h a. Is there any way to go this faster? I already stay under 900 calories 🥗 and I drink a ton of water. 🍵 I guess I need to move the booty. 🚴‍♀️ We will get there eventually my friend. 👩‍🍳 🤗💪🏋️‍♀️👍💖
