I think the situation is conducive to emotional eating, but you’ll soon overcome this. I've gained too during the first weeks of the lockdown. Now I am in control again and dropping the weight back to normal. Love yourself 🌹

Thank you, Eva! I really have no reason for complaints. From what I've read, the restrictions in your city have been so much more than many of us on this side of the globe are experiencing. I have no excuse not to go for a walk or run. I don't need to eat more... But, I do really appreciate that I'm learning I can show my failing here and get encouragement rather than judgment... I give myself lots of that. It does help to know even YOU, the Spanish FS bit of perfection ❤️👌😁, could stumble a tiny bit.... But, then just get it together again!
