Hardly! I'm stuck, acomondr. I'm exercising my behind off. I'm only eating 1,000 calories a day (average), and I'm just hovering. It's frustrating, but I'm not giving up.

Try a new exercises, That's what i did and it worked.

Lonnie, you may want to up your calories. Just a suggestion.

When that happened to me, I increased calories and started losing again.

Increase calories and resistance weight training. I added the protein shakes daily I’m holding at 163lbs but gaining muscle mass Workout every other day 2hours 4:30am Walk 3 miles 4 times week Type 2 diabetic Life is good when you manage yr diet and exercise training!

Thanks for all the helpful suggestions, everybody. This place is better than any WW meeting I ever went to. I'll try the ideas and let you know how I do.
