108.2 is a new all time low.
To stop sliding I cut out a few of my favourite snacks and did OMAD this week. Worked!
49.1 kg Lost so far: 35.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am a male 50% heavier and younger than you. You still lose weight with a daily average caloric intake that is the ideal for my maintenance (!!!???) while living in this stressful virus times with lots of people derailed. Speechless...

I eat a lot more food than most people here. I am not sure why that is. I may have a good metabolism... perhaps genetics? because I have really never counted calories and dieted??? or perhaps it is my low carb eating?? Or a combination.

Did you change your weight goal? It says 121 vs. 108.

121 was my weight goal . Once I reached it I upped food amounts gradually till I got to around 2000 which seems to be my maintenance amount but in the process I kept losing My comfortable weight is around 110 to 112.
