This is a sodium gain. Eating on the run so too many things that I would not include in my normal diet. Sister has deteriorated a bit. Was given the Chloroquine and Zithromax yesterday. The saga continues. She is now at a hospital 115 miles away. She is getting great medical care, and she says the nursing staff is great but much of the ancillary staff could use a major attitude adjustment. Like all medical facilities, they have a strict no visiting policy. Essentially all is going as good as can be expected.
51.3 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
