Woke up to snow and wind this morning. Everything is white again. Good news is weight is holding so that is something.

Decided last night that my diet is in need of more chocolate. So I will be playing around with my box of Fry cocoa today. It should be fun.
50.1 kg Lost so far: 34.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I found the Lily's chocolate and the choczero chocolate are a great way to keep it on the menu with out blowing the nutrition out of proportion. Chocolate is a must in my WoE.

My favorite is Trader Joe's 85% cacao - I eat 4 squares, 75 cal and 4 g carbs. I don't think Lily's has enough chocolate flavor.

this is totally me. thankfully, I have a three pound bag of dark chocolate chips that should last me a couple of months if I stick to no more than 18 a day

I rarely want chocolate, but when i do i must have it. I keep emergency chocolate in the freezer and my roommate knows he is not to touch it.
