i am fasting 23 hrs. my eating window is from 4pm to 5pm. I have a coffee with cream everyday before the gym. Within my eating window im having w.e the hell i want. burgers, pasta, cake, candy, chips, drinking pop, and juice. I eat a bit of everything within the hour, grilled cheese, pasta, rice with w.e. Then ill have some dessert, icecream or w.e after. I gym 5 days a week, my main focus are glutes for lifting, and for cardio days, i do the stair master for 30mins. 15mins fast, 5 mins slow, then 15 mins fast. 2 days of cardio, 2 days of glutes and legs, 1 day of back and arms.
55.2 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week
