I was stress eating all the dried goods I bought last week and now have an upset stomach. Yes, I had chips, cookies, cheesecake, chocolates because I was too glued to the news to take proper care of myself. I feel that is all changing today. It's sunny, I'm cleaning and taking a break from the news now. I also just found out that I won't be laid off in the near future, so whew. It's scary times out there and I fear a devastating economic catastrophe. So I have to practice self care now. I have to stay healthy, both mentally and physically and distance myself from the constant barrage of tragic news. I hate being stuck at home, though... Im praying for you all, we can do it.

I’ve been doing the same, it’s very devastating and difficult, take care! I’ve been doing some at home workouts, and trying to stay busy and positive recently, that may help

i've quickly lapsed into bad habits this past week. its been like part of me is watching the self destructive habits & unable to do anything abiut it. my trigger was finding out my hrs were being cut 40% next week. devastating news & I didn't handle it well. i'm trying to take a deep breath & get back to good habits starting tomorrow. (todays shot after eating 1/2 a banana cream pie for breakfast).
