WOW, no change....not quite sure why. Could hit me tomorrow (lower weight) as I limited the Calories, but only due to time.....Standing in lines, finding parking space, etc.


Might be the last day at the gym....closures are happening everywhere, but we had a good PUMP:
• MAX BB Squats 4 x 3
• DB Chest Press 4 x 20

Core: 4 Rounds
• 12x Deadlift
• 6x BB Rows
• 4x Push-ups in BB
• 300m Bike ERG
