Three days of drinking 48oz water and walking 1/2 mile. 3 of 30 = 10% done! Of course, I'm hoping to CONTINUE after the 30 days, and to add back more things into my daily regimen. Making progress.
100.9 kg Lost so far: 16.6 kg.    Still to go: 32.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
