A little hungry 😋 yesterday & the scales showed. I need to focus or deal with the weight/consequences!!

Grind time this morning:

• BB Chest Press 5x - 70% to Max
• FM straight bar pulls 10x

Core: 4x
• KB squats BOSU 10x
• :30 Wall Hold or Bench
• 30x Plate Russia Twists

13x Burpees/Push-ups form

600+ Cals!!
