My goal was also 165 when I started trying real hard in 2012. Just like you I had started out in the 220s, but I had been as high as 250. Thanks to Atkins I reached 165 a year later,2013, and I have been loosly maintaining that weight since. I am so happy to see that you have gotten control and are steadily losing. You are a princess!

Feeling fine! Super busy at work, as was expected. Still lifting daily but length of workouts has been cut short a few times. No FS time. Not sleeping well so surprised I'm losing. Thanks for the support. 💕 Shirfleur, I had to sing that song in chorus in 4th grade. 😊 I'm always, always singing. 🎶
