Pleased with my productive day yesterday. Starting out with the gaming/job plan again this morning. I have to go out and run several errands today, which will also get me moving more. Pleased to see I was down a pound this morning, even though my eating plan is still off the rails. Wouldn't it be AMAZING if I got to where I was SO active that I could eat anything I want and still lose weight!
100.7 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 32.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

That's amazing Debbie! All it takes is 1 good day to start a routine! And if I have learned anything along my journey, it's that you can never out exercise a bad diet! Learned that the hard way!

Debbie glad to hear you are coming out of the FUNK and getting out, being more physically active ! Being engaged and active takes your thoughts off food. Being sedentary is no good for your health or your waistline. Yes, it is AMAZING, that burning more calories from being active than you take in is the key to losing weight ! It is a simple formula which many on FS contribute to any way of eating. This is going to be your year !
