END OF MONTH UPDATE ON THIS LEAP DAY SATURDAY

6 Months of maintenance. Low carb and keto

February:
High weight: 113
Low weight: 109.4
Weight today: 110

Measurements (comparing with end of November measurements)

All the rest same.
So I think I have lost fat. And I think a pant size as well.

110 is a nice round number (50 kilos). Can I maintain this? Not sure. I will just see where it goes over the next few monts.
I had some a bit higher carb days in February but zero real high carb days
49.9 kg Lost so far: 34.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Adfef. I did this this was a good month for me. I eat lots of food and stuff I really like. But I will get busier over the next few months so I will see what that means
