Haha....Traveling & no time to eat paid off. Limited my Calorie intake to 1800 & 64oz of water 💦 was the difference. Of course, I still made it to the gym, but never slowed down for 14 hours!!

Finished the Grind with Front & Back Squats.....I am sure to be hungry 😋 the rest of the Day!!
75.8 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
