Thanks Shirfleur ♥️♥️😘 oh it’s such a struggle right now friend. I’m gonna just keep pushing on. I’m going to put on my leggings and do my stairclimber 💃🏻 And 🎶 keep on moving 🎵 and not try to worry about the scale because it’s being very rude lol. 💜💚🌈

Step step step it girl!! ❤️🥰👍🏻 The scale is not our best friend. Just a small tool. Probably the worse tool at that 😜😜 I go up and down a weeee bit all the time. Drives me crazy, I’m in maintenance but don’t mean to be. Frustrating most days, yet, I know my clothes fit better every week, my muscles are showing even when I don’t flex, etc. Use other, better, encouraging measures instead of a scale. 😘😘😘😘😘

I know wifey. I have become way to scale obsessed. I should give it a break and keep up my WOE and 💃🏻 climber and let it give me a good surprise in a few days. 💜💜💜💚💚💚

Weight loss gets tricky if you start weighing yourself every day and I know it’s hard because I used to weigh myself once a week maybe twice a week. But with FatSecret because I’m trying to monitor what foods make me gain and what foods make me lose so I am weigh myself everyday now. Sometimes the scale is iour friend & sometimes not. Are you been working so hard to get to your goal. I wouldn’t stress this little bump in the road. You are so focused and you’re working out hard you’re doing it. Foods water retention muscle gain you know it all adds up. I would make sure that you definitely measure yourself once a week. Even though I ended up going backwards on the scale for this last week I did end up losing an inch on my waist. You got this stay strong!! 👍🍀🎉🌈💕💕🌈🌈🍀🌈👍
