Weekly update: Weekly average weight 111.2, average daily calories 1960

I enjoyed looking at that low I set last week but I upped carbs this week and my weight stabilized at 111.2, Scale has showed that weight 6 days in a row now!!!! It is funny to me since I do not do the same thing every day but body seems to like to be stable. It is all good.

I am still low low carb just not eating at ketosis level since I really do not want to lose weight. I am around 10 lb under my goal as it is. I probably will do ketosis level carbs again in a couple of weeks just to change things up.

Today is tofu day (my husband is eating at his work today so I am doing something I know he does not care for) Tofu is marinating now and I will bake it and use half for my stir fry and the other half I will make salad croutons with.

Since it will be a great day I will walk but also see if I cannot do some weights today since I am not doing a yoga class.

I can't compare your 'carbs' to my usual 'carbs'. Yours are so 'clean' (strawberries!) that I just can't believe that your way of eating would affect my body the same way my usual 'Frosted Flakes' would 😜 The 'worst' thing you had yesterday was an Atkins bar (and there is nothing wrong with it) 👍🏾

Thanks JC. Adef, yeah I love low carb food. I do some days eat some of those high carb foods but rarely. It is funny though. I can eat under 30 carbs and lose weight but if I eat 35 my body switches draws in water and I stop losing at least with the amounts of food I eat now. I still control my appetite at this amount which is one of the best things about low carbing for me.

@liv001 - I keep contrasting your success with my results and 'rarely going high carb' is key I think. Also, your definition of 'high carb' has you at only 1 day at 103 carbs! So far this month you have only done 1366 carbs I am practically double that at 2365 and that is with me only 'high carbing it' 6 days 😜

Yeah. My last "real" high carb was on December 29 I had 300 carbs. So that is my rare day. I am due for one. March is my daughter's birthday so I will make sure to do some treat things with her when she comes by for a visit.

@liv001 - Since 'December' is technically 'last year', that would put you at only 1 "High Carb" day this year 😊
