Flying up to Edinburgh tomorrow evening to see my little girl and her new house. So excited!!!!!!!!!!!!

67.5 kg Lost so far: 7 kg. Still to go: 2.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.5 kg a Week
