Well unless you ate about 11,000 calories worth, it shouldn't be of much concern, just a temporary disappointment. ⛅

I know, Shirfleur... Just wish it had been pizza. I can only get away with 2-3 high calorie days a month and still meet my goals and it was wasted. But ate much less today and made it to the gym. 💪🏼💕
