Oh good. I've been eating healthy 5/7 days a week. I've had treats 2 days a week, but still watch my overall calories to make sure the treats are less than 2000 calories a day. An example of treats are a chocolate bar, a couple of servings of chips or tortilla chips. But that's about it. I'm maintaining my weight loss at this point. I looked at some photographs of last year and my face was much fuller, and some folks noticed it recently. I've almost got my lower jaw and neck back too! Down 40 pounds since I started last May. It's been an easy does it, long slow weight loss journey using the DASH diet. I just measured myself and I've lost an inch on my hips and belly button waist and an inch on the thin part of my high waist since last month.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
