More Running 🏃 this morning & switched to Rowing after 1/2 mile timing.

• Sand Bag hold 1 minute
• FM Chop 12/each side
• OH Plate, 60 flutters, :30sec Plank Hold
• Side to side W/Plate 30x


Finished:
• 400 steps on the Jacob Ladder machine
• Assault Bike 30 Cals
