I stayed exactly on my diet this week! I am sooo proud of myself. I worked out each day with my 5 lb weights and did other low impact exercises. I developed new recipes using plain greek yogurt (I hate the stuff without something in it!) that were low calorie and low fat. Today is Easter Sunday with a big lunch at my daughter's home so I will not deny myself too much lol.
120.2 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 36.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
