Thanks! Gonna try to stick to 3-3.2k for a while instead of 3500. 3200 yesterday and still dropped again.

Idk, I need to disconnect my Google fit account cause it's showing a super low burn if I don't enter it all manually. Around 3500 I think.

Yes. Leg gains. Upper body looks as lean as back when I was in the lower 180s.
