I slept like crap- reading nonsense at 3 a.m. then watching Bob's Burgers for an hour and a half. :( Probably would've weighed less. But I was due for crap sleep. All these days of drops I've been sleeping like a baby!

I hardly ever sleep through the night plus I'm a night owl and I like being up at 2AM I'll never change. I even had a job where I had to be up early every day and in the first week after I left that job I was back to my nightime moves. I believe we are hard wired.

I like to sleep 9p-5a. I turned off my alarm yesterday morning and slept until 7 a.m. and it made me unable to go to bed until 11 p.m. or so... then up at 3 until 5. Then slept 5-7. I hate how it affects my weight. Not only do I weigh heavier when I wake, but I also have a tendency to eat more.
