3-1/2 pound GAIN for the week. You'd think if you have four really GOOD days and "only" three bad days, your weight should at least stay the same, right? Not right. Paying for my indulgences this week. Today is the start of a brand spankin' new week, with no mistakes in it! Okay, "Forgetting those things which are behind, I press toward the mark!"
95.3 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 27.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

don't feel alone, I did dirty Keto for 9 months and according to my doctor's scales I gained 6 pounds. I stopped found Keto unless I want something sweet without hurting my diabetes.
