Plan to increase my Calories the next couple days due to lack of intake. I did Seem a little weak this morning, but hopefully it’s not a “cold.”
Although slow this morning, I pushed myself out the door to the gym. Once I was there, I felt pretty good!! 😃😃
First Measure:
• 5 non-stop minutes on the Row machine & achieved 1276 meters!! Exhausted but survived!!
Definitely need my Protein & Coffee Drinks!!
