Outside of food, I am called for Jury Duty today. I guess we won’t have to worry about over abundance of appetite issues!!

Made a quick stop at the gym & tried BB Hip Thrusters for the first time!! It was fun to some degree.

Burned nearly 500 calories in less than 50 minutes!!
75.3 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
