Went walking in the freezing cold yesterday. Upped the mileage by going to Walmart. This morning, we got freezing rain, so there is a sheet of ice. Won't be able to walk outside, so I'll have to go to BJ's and Walmart to get in my walking. That excites my grand daughter, because she has been wanting to take her baby doll out in public, so she'll enjoy pushing the stroller through the stores. Weight loss has been consistent daily. I'm sure it will speed up soon. In order to reach my goal of 165 by July 25th (when the Cruise leaves), all I have to lose is 1.55 pounds a week. I can do that! Whenever I'm tempted to have anything I shouldn't, I tell myself, "I'd rather wait to have my splurges on the Cruise and in Alaska!" Life is good -- God is GREAT!

Thank you, @liv001, @najwa kale, @likat, @meonadiet, @keyten77 and @shirfleur 1. Denny, thanks - glad to be on the encouraging end of things again! Binky, I still give the kids "treats" that I wouldn't eat myself, but for the most part I try to give them healthy and nutritious foods when they are in my care. If they ever want to go on Keto, they've got a good head start because they both LOVE bacon, LOL! @Ruckusandme, I live in central Virginia (near Richmond Airport).
