Week 24 Super happy with the 1lb loss. Start with vitamin b12 injections Monday for my anemia caused by my condition. I hope this boost my metabolism and energy levels. Onwards and downwards!
125.2 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 34.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I been having B12 injections for 10 years for anemia. I was really tired before I started have them now I am fine, hope they do the same for you.

Have you tried beetroot? Also noni juice, trademark mironda citrofolia is a great tonic but expensive.
