Weight is coming off, which I knew it would if I just followed my Keto WOE. It's a bit challenging after eating ALL day every day to limit myself in the sheer amount of food I eat, but I'm doing it. Walked 3/4 of a mile yesterday (3rd day in a row of walking). So far, I can say, "I've walked EVERY DAY this year!!!"
95.7 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
