My scale showed my weight in stone this morning. That was a bit confusing... 8 stone 1.6. After my fast refeed this is where I am. Probably a truer reflection than yesterdays more dehydrated fasting weight.
Daughter is leaving today. I am sad holidays are over. I enjoyed all the family.

I agree about the stones. I was stairing at the scale for quite a bit before I realized what was happening. So if I lose 1.6 lb I would be at a nice round number of 8. I like round numbers LOL. But I figured out how to get my scale back to lbs. Yeah JCMama that is true. She is not that far away so we will see her soonish again. Happy New Year everyone!!!

Happy new year, liv. You are so good at this. You surely will have zero trouble! I'm sorry your girl had to go. I really truly hate the end of the holidays. I think I cry putting away decorations every year and my kids still live with me or close by. I just hate saying goodbye to special days! ❤️
