Hey! Was leg day for me too!! Man! I’m gonna feel this one tomorrow! Was able to add weights as well! I’m getting back! The rest truly paid off as I knew it would. My goal was to maintain this month but looks like I’ll have a little loss actually. But I did eat less as I was working out less. Had too. Could not have a gain. Wasn’t tempted at all, ate what I wanted, when and where I wanted. It was not my normal Christmas splurge in any way shape or form. I’ve truly conquered the food demons I think. Consistency is crucial for me and to stay the course, Christmas or not. I barely know myself now 🤪🤣😂

Wifey!! I know what you mean but honestly I feel I could eat a horse today. Sadly even keeping it in check over my four Christmas celebrations, I still didn't do as well as I planned. It's crazy because years gone by without tracking or eating mindfully, I bet I was getting 7000+ calories. When I compare it, I did well...not as well as you though. 💪🏼❤️
