The Gingerbread Man has followed me the last few days. He finally caught up to me 🍪🍪.

Okay, enough excuses & time for the exercises!

Strength:

11 minutes each:
• BB Leg Lunges 10x & Shoulders 5x
• KB Sumo 10x, DB Ren Row 5x

Conditioning: 8 minutes
• Strict Pull-ups 3x

5x-10x-15x-20x
• Plate Push-ups per arm
• Cardio
• Goblet Squats
• Back to PUs
